It was a hard day. When I was training with bodylastics located between door and frame, my mother opened it and tensed gum went off at me. Ouch, my hands are aching ;-)
I was very surprised of the progress which people get during this program. So it was the main reason to start those week routines. I started on 29 October. Unfortunately, didnt do any measurement, but took some pictures. Take a look.
