After 8th week




It was very difficult time for me. I mean Xmass and New Year Ave. I ate a lot of food and drink some. So, my results arent so perfect now, but I`ve been still fighting.

After 6th week

I had had some problems with time recently. My workout was limited to Resistance Training only. And here are the results:

Weight: 80.3 - 80.0 kg
BF: 22.3%

After 4th week

It was hard week, but I did all workout with mixed levels (beginner+intermediate).

Measurements:
Weight: 80.5 kg
BF: 23.7%

After 3rd week

Thank you all, guys for advices and comments. I appreciate it.
Today I put my current photos after week 3rd. I feel more power in muscles.
Hope to see more body changes in next week.

3 week and 1/2

It was a hard day. When I was training with bodylastics located between door and frame, my mother opened it and tensed gum went off at me. Ouch, my hands are aching ;-)

but.. nothing will stop me !!!

I was very surprised of the progress which people get during this program.
